PURPOSE: Council approval for Executive signature to execute the CDMH ILA with City of Lynnwood
BACKGROUND: The City of Lynnwood Criminal Justice Redevelopment Project included a Community Recovery Center to provide short and longer term (up to 24 hours and up to 7 days) of crisis services for people in a behavioral health crisis. County Council appropriated CDMH funds in the aggregate. The City of Lynnwood requested three million ($3,000,000) for the CRC.
This request is for County Council to approve the County Executive to execute the ILA with the City of Lynnwood.
