PURPOSE: Motion approving and authorizing the appointment of Civil Service Commissioner Timothy Freil.

BACKGROUND: The Civil Service Commission received an application for a 3^rd board member and recommends the appointment of Timothy Freil to the Civil Service Commission for a two-year term.  Mr. Freil has over forty years’ experience working in both City and County law enforcement agencies under Washington State Civil Service Rules.
