PURPOSE: Council Approval to establish a new county road right-of-way identified as 162nd Pl SW
BACKGROUND: • On August 15, 2025, a road establishment application was submitted for review under PFN 25 113597, as a conditional approval by Department of Public Works (DPW) and Planning and Development Services (PDS) under PFN 24 117856 SPA. • The proposed development adjoins the road stub of 162nd PL SW on the west property line. • The new road, 162nd Pl SW , will have right-of way width which is sufficient to contain the required road improvements and comply with the applicable code and Engineering Design and Development Standards (EDDS.) • See Engineer’s Report for Additional facts, backgrounds and conditions.
