PURPOSE: A transfer from Grant Fund 130 is necessary to provide additional expenditure authority for District Court’s grant from the Washington State Administrative Office of the Courts.
BACKGROUND: Move additional expenditure authority to the appropriate line items within Grant Fund 130, Sub-Fund 78 District Court with no net increase to the 2025-2026 biennial budget.
