PURPOSE: Executive approval of Amendment(6) to the PSTAA Interlocal Agreement with Mukilteo School District to re-allocate unspent funds from ILA Budget 2023-2024 to ILA Budget 2024-2025.
BACKGROUND: The PSTAA ILA Amendment (5) included the 2024-2025 Services and Expenditure Plan for $385,950.25. The PSTAA ILA Amendment(6) reallocates unspent PSTAA funds from 2023-2024. This ILA amount is increased by $97,156.79 for a new ILA amount of $483,107.04. Ordinance 22-072 authorizes the executive to execute amendments to the annual services and expenditure plans that reallocate unspent funds from a prior program year and for which sufficient appropriations already exist.
