PURPOSE: Approval of Mini-Grant Award
BACKGROUND: *Washington Auto Theft Prevention Authority (WATPA) has approved and awarded a mini grant in the amount of $22,000.00. *The additional funding will support a portion of overtime cost for recovery operations, host community events, purchase equipment and the Snohomish County Auto Theft Task Force detectives will attend vehicle technology training. *There is no match requirement for this grant. *The Sheriff’s Office is requesting Executive approval of the WATPA Mini-Grant award in the amount of $22,000.00
