PURPOSE: Approve Agreement with Reassurance Solutions, LLC for Goods and Subscription Services
BACKGROUND: Funding for medical sensors was approved in Corrections 2025/2026 budget through change package #73. Purchasing issued and advertised a request for proposal for the medical sensors. RFP -25-041JM-C was awarded to Reassurance Solutions, LLC. The medical sensors will help alert staff sooner to an ill patient. This tool will not negate the need for medical staffing but will be an accessory to our medical staff for critical monitoring.

DEPARTMENT FISCAL IMPACT NOTES: Initial purchase was funded through change package 73 in the 2025/2026 budget. Future costs are related to subscription rates only and we will be requesting funding for these costs in future budgets. Contract total includes an estimate for tax and future possible rate increases for subscription costs.
