BACKGROUND: The Snohomish County Department of Solid Waste entered into a beneficial easement and agreement with Snohomish School District No. 201 for Leachate and Sewer across a portion of Snohomish County Tax Account No. 28053500300200 under Auditor’s File No. 200506030657. The Snohomish County Department of Solid Waste no longer needs the easement and wishes to terminate the easement agreement;
