PURPOSE:   The purpose of this Agreement is to update the Seattle UASI Strategic Plan and Governance structure, ensuring alignment with current National Priority Areas (NPA).

 

BACKGROUND: The Contractor will compare, analyze, identify best practices for UASI coordination as compared among other urban areas and will present findings on best practices and draft recommendations for changes to the Plan to UAWG and Core Group in order to obtain and incorporate their feedback.
