PURPOSE: Executive approval of Amendment(5) to the PSTAA Interlocal Agreement with Washington State University Everett to re-allocate unspent funds from ILA Budget 2022-2023 to ILA Budget 2023-2024.
BACKGROUND: The PSTAA ILA Amendment(4) included the 2023-2024 Services and Expenditure Plan for $191,730.00. The PSTAA ILA Amendment(5) reallocates unspent PSTAA funds from 2022-2023. This ILA amount is increased by $4,848.45.45 for a new ILA amount of $196,578.45. Ordinance 22-072 authorizes the executive to execute amendments to the annual services and expenditure plans that reallocate unspent funds from a prior program year and for which sufficient appropriations already exist.

DEPARTMENT FISCAL IMPACT NOTES: There is no impact to County General Revenues as a result of this action. All costs associated with this Interlocal Agreement amendment will be supported by PSTAA funds and these funds have been appropriated for 2023-2024 and have been included as part of the 2023 budget request.
