PURPOSE: Authorization for Property Officer to sign permit forms by the City of Edmonds
BACKGROUND: Both Department of Conservation and Natural Resources and Facilities and Fleet, have determined the location of the proposed addition of the retaining wall is within the City of Edmonds (City) jurisdiction, which County of Snohomish is required to complete City of Edmonds’ Liability and Landslide Acknowledgement and Covenant of Notification and Indemnification forms, for the construction of the retaining wall at the ADA entrance to the park.
