PURPOSE: Bid Award Recommendation PW-25-0566RB Walk-In Freezer & Refrigeration Upgrade - Snohomish County Jail
BACKGROUND: A competitive invitation to bid, PW-25-0566RB, was issued to solicit bids for replacement and upgrades to the Snohomish County Jail refrigeration and freezer system. One firm submitted a bid that was determined to be responsive and responsible, resulting in the award to Woodridge Construction in the amount of $608,130.00 plus applicable Washington State sales tax in accordance with SCC section 3.04.120 and section 3.04.140(5). All work to be completed per bid and contract specifications and in compliance with all County security requirements, access controls, and scheduling constraints to minimize disruption to facility operations.
