PURPOSE: To obtain Executive approval to sign the Amendment #11 with Applied Data Systems, Inc.
BACKGROUND: An Agreement was executed with Applied Data Systems, Inc. (ADSI) on 5/1/2014. The County and ADSI wish to amend the contract for continued use of the web-based software as a service Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Amendment #11 included with this ECAF describes services from January 1, 2025 to July 10, 2028. Facilities and Fleet Management requests that the Snohomish County Executive sign Amendment 11 with ADSI.
