BACKGROUND: A competitive Invitation to Bid was issued on behalf of the Public Works, Solid Waste division for Yard and Wood Waste Disposal services. The County seeks to make beneficial use of wood waste and yard debris by delivering this solid waste to a Snohomish County Health Department-permitted compost facility.
