PURPOSE: Increasing the contract maximum from $245,000.00 to $420,000.00
BACKGROUND: The Snohomish County Council signed Motion 22-139 approving an Agreement for Compensation and Classification Services with The Segal Group, and the Executive and Central Human Resources Departments have since identified a need to expand the study from the original 500 positions to all 1100 County positions.
