PURPOSE: Transmit to the County Council the quarterly report from the Risk Management Division of Finance.
BACKGROUND: Pursuant to Snohomish County Code 2.90.050(3): The risk manager shall submit a claim report to the council each quarter, or more often as requested by council. The report shall identify the categories of claims; the percentage of open claims for each category and the related demand amount; the percentage of closed claims and the total of related indemnity and expense payments made to date for each category.
