PURPOSE: The purpose of this agreement with Landau Associates, Inc. is to perform compliance inspections/sampling for the Snohomish County Airport at Paine Field's NPDES Industrial Stormwater Permit and Salmon-Safe Certification.
BACKGROUND: .
* This Agreement is the product of County RFQ No. 23-008BC. Landau Associates, Inc. was selected as the most qualified company to perform the services.
* Landau will perform stormwater inspections and sampling per the Department of Ecology Industrial NPDES Stormwater Permit. In addition, Landau will perform tasks for Salmon-Safe Compliance.
* This Agreement is NTE $ $325,000. The term of this Agreement may be extended or renewed for up to one (1) additional, two (2) year term, at the sole discretion of the County, by written notice from the County to the Contractor.
* Due to the length of the contract, if compensation changes are needed in future years, rates will be based upon on the Western Urban Consumer Price Index (CPI) for the Seattle area and Airport requests Airport Director have approval authority for such compensation changes.
