PURPOSE: Appoint David Parshall to the Sound Transit Board of Directors
BACKGROUND: Executive Dave Somers recommends appointment of City of Lynnwood Councilmember David Parshall to the Sound Transit Board of Directors to represent the position vacated by Mayor Christine Frizell. This appointment will be for a term beginning January 1, 2026, and expiring December 31, 2027.
