PURPOSE: Bid Award Recommendation for RFP-23-017LY
BACKGROUND: A competitive Request for Proposals was issued to obtain firm fixed pricing for copiers & multifunction devices. Contract award will result in up to three (3) companies/manufacturers being placed on an accepted product standards list from which County Departments may lease multi-function copy devices. Copiers Northwest, Inc. and Woodburn Company were the highest ranked, and a combined five (5) multi-function devices are recommended to be placed on an accepted product standards list.
