PURPOSE: To vacate a portion of unopened dedicated right of way 20’ north of the centerline of 136th St SW.
BACKGROUND: - May 12, 2025, Vijay and Anju Auluck (the Petitioners) submitted a petition to DPW to vacate a portion of 136th St SW that abuts property located at 13531 67th Ave W. - Petitioners are the owners of parcel 00853600003800, also known as lot 38 within the Plat of Picnic Pointe Div III. - The unopened dedicated right of way of 136th St SW is 40’ feet in width 20/20 from the centerline. The portion of ROW proposed to be vacated has varying widths, total length of 193.45 feet and total of 1,326 sq ft. - See Engineer’s Report for additional facts, background, and condition.
