PURPOSE: Approve Professional Services Agreement with Gordon Thomas Honeywell Governmental Affairs, LLC to provide state governmental affairs representation for Snohomish County.
BACKGROUND: Gordon Thomas Honeywell Governmental Affairs, LLC responded to Request for Proposal RFP 22-22-053TB and was selected through established Federal, State, and County policies and practices. The current agreement for federal governmental relations services expires December 31, 2022. This contract will be for a term from January 1, 2023, through December 31, 2024, and provide for two one-year extensions. The contract price includes a three percent annual increase?
