PURPOSE: Generator Maintenance, Repair, & Parts Services
BACKGROUND: The Snohomish County Facilities & Fleet Department has regular need for Generator Maintenance, Repair, & Parts Services. This recommendation seeks approval to utilize a contract established by DES through Request for Proposal (RFP) #06225 which awarded contracts to two suppliers for statewide coverage including Legacy Telecommunications LLC. A Contract Usage Agreement between Snohomish County and DES authorizing cooperative purchases was approved by the County Council under Motion 24-232 and is currently in effect.
