BACKGROUND: In July of 2022, Council adopted motion 22-285, awarding SCPP grant funds in the amount of $10,000 to the City of Everett for an off-leash dog area at Senator Henry M Jackson Park. This motion approves the contract agreement with the City of Everett for the awarded funds.
