PURPOSE: To obtain Executive approval of the Professional Services Agreement with Siemens.
BACKGROUND: This request is to expedite as Facilities has several important upcoming projects needing completion as soon as possible. Facilities is seeking Council to authorize the Executive to sign the Professional Services Agreement with Siemens to perform annual security maintenance and services for the County’s access control system.
