PURPOSE: Transmit to the County Council the quarterly report from the Risk Management Division of Finance
BACKGROUND: Pursuant to Snohomish County Code 2.90.050 (3): The risk manager shall submit a claim report to the council each quarter, or more often as requested by council. The report shall identify the categories of claims, the percentage of open claims for each category and the related demand amount; the percentage of closed claims and the total related indemnity and expense payments made to date for each category.
