PURPOSE: To provide grandstand entertainment consultant and production services at the annual 2023-2027 fairs.
BACKGROUND: An RFP (#23-023RB) was advertised. Four proposals were received. The Evaluation Committee reviewed and scored the proposals. Neste Event Marketing LLC dba Neste Live! was awarded the agreement. Neste Live! received a Notice to Proceed while the agreement was in the process of being finalized. This agreement has an option to extend for an additional 5 year term.
