PURPOSE: Council’s approval of this agreement and the Executive signature.
BACKGROUND: Sno-Isle library has a lending program for internet accessible hardware and hotspot units. The aim of the program is to bring digital equity to the Snohomish and Island County areas. The digital navigators employed by the library help library patrons to access the internet and use it for things that improve their lives.
