BACKGROUND: Snohomish County has provided law enforcement services for the City of Stanwood since 1999. Under ECAF 2023-1218, the City and County extended law enforcement services through an ILA for the period of January 01, 2024 - December 31,2026. This Amendment No. 1 amends the cost for services due to increases in interfund fees (ER&R, Risk, IT).
