PURPOSE: Purchasing Award Recommendation RFP-24-012JM-C
BACKGROUND: A competitive Request for Proposals was issued for licenses and maintenance for Absolute Secure Access. The County currently uses NetMotion Mobility v11, awarded under invitation to bid 017-9JB. However, end of life for that version occurs February 29, 2024. This need to migrate to a new version has necessitated an upgrade from v11 perpetual licenses to v12 subscription licenses.
