PURPOSE: APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE THE COUNTY EXECUTIVE TO EXECUTE DDA COUNTY PROGRAM SERVICES AGREEMENT # 2363-48746.
BACKGROUND: The Washington State Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) County Services Agreement funds the County's community services for children's early intervention, adult employment, and community support services for individuals with developmental disabilities living in Snohomish County. Funds will be subcontracted to agencies targeting beneficial community outcomes, serving an estimated 3,000 adults and children with developmental disabilities.
Program Agreement 2363-48746 is for the period 7/1/2023 through 6/30/2025 in the amount of $13,160,622.
These funds were included in the Grant Work Plan funded through the Department of Social and Health Services.

DEPARTMENT FISCAL IMPACT NOTES: There is no impact to County General revenues as a result of this action. All costs will be reimbursed with funds awarded under the contract. We do not anticipate an increase being needed in the budget appropriation at the program level. No match is required.
