PURPOSE: The purpose of this ECAF is to approve an interlocal agreement between Snohomish County and the City of Snohomish to provide technology and network services. The duration of this agreement shall be for six (6) years unless extended by mutual consent or terminated in writing by either party.
BACKGROUND: In 2019 Snohomish County entered into an agreement with Pictometry International / EagleView to obtain Orthoimagery to support GIS functions at the County. The City of Snohomish and Snohomish County have agreed to share imagery and cost so that both agencies benefit from the contract and the pricing for the imagery. Approval of this agreement will allow the County to share the imagery with the City of Snohomish as outlined in the Work Order (WO). The duration of this agreement shall be for six (6) years unless extended by mutual consent or terminated in writing by either party.

DEPARTMENT FISCAL IMPACT NOTES: The revenue projected for this intergovernmental services agreement shall not exceed $15,000 during the six (6) year term of this agreement and is anticipated in the 2022 IT submitted budget.
