PURPOSE: Code amendments related to the county budget.
BACKGROUND: A biennial budget workgroup was established in September 2023 with a subcommittee focused on the area of reviewing Snohomish County code 4.26 for amendments. The subcommittee included staff from Council and the Finance Department. This ordinance amends SCC 4.26 to provide clarification and makes technical adjustments related to annual/biennial budgets.
