BACKGROUND: A competitive Invitation to Bid # ITB-26-0688LY was issued to solicit pricing for the publication of Snohomish County Legal Notices. This service is utilized by Purchasing for advertising formal competitive opportunities across all County departments and is required to be rebid on an annual basis in accordance with RCW 36.72.075. The Daily Herald was determined to be the best and lowest responsible bidder. The award of this bid is in accordance with SCC section 3.04.120 and section 3.04.140(5).
