PURPOSE: Council approval to amend adopted Ordinance No. 21-036

 

BACKGROUND: Ordinance 21-036 was adopted on August 18, 2021.  Since the adoption of Ordinance 21-036, Petitioner Greg Brown approached DPW to propose amending the Ordinance to remove the requirement that the County retain a utility easement and to modify the requirement for an access easement.  See Engineer’s Report for additional facts and background.  That portion of vacated 99th Ave NW adopted under Ordinance 21-036 is in Council District #1.
