PURPOSE: Bid Award Recommendation ITB-25-0418RB
BACKGROUND: A competitive Invitation to Bid # ITB 25-0418, Pit and Quarry Products Crushed Stone Quarry Spalls and Aggregate Materials was issued to solicit pricing for twenty-five (25) types and sizes of rock and sand. These products will be used by Public Work’s Road Maintenance Division in their ongoing road maintenance. Eleven (11) bidders offered competitive pricing. The award of this bid will result in a three-year contract with each of the bidders and their respective locations for rock and sand on an “as needed” basis for use in Snohomish County. The estimated annual dollar value of the Pit and Quarry Products: Crushed Stone Quarry Spalls and Aggregate Materials under this bid is $ 2,000,000.00.
