PURPOSE: The purpose of this amended Agreement is to add services for District Court to the existing Agreement.
BACKGROUND: Per RFP 23-069BC, this agreement is valid upon execution through December 31, 2025 unless extended. District Court wishes to amend the scope of services in the agreement to include District Court Mental Health Court programs. Superior and District Court have operated under the agreement with Cordant Health Solutions until very recently when District Court was notified that the agreement did not specifically call out District Court Mental Health Court programs in the scope of service. Both courts have separate accounts with Cordant Health Solutions as well as separate funds in their budgets. This amendment should not modify or affect the pricing/volume as established in the contract.
