PURPOSE: The purpose is to execute a Professional Services Agreement with DZPA for the contract duration July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026.
BACKGROUND: DZPA was contracted with Snohomish County to provide public affairs service relating to behavioral health issues for the 2024 and 2025 state legislative sessions. This PSA allows services through June 2026.
