PURPOSE: The Urban Center Design Review Board currently has a vacancy that needs to be filled in order to comply with Chapter 30.34A SCC, in which Raymond Sheldon JR. has expressed a desire to join the board.

 

BACKGROUND: The Urban Center Design Review Board is authorized pursuant to SCC 30.34A.175. The board serves as advisors on urban center development applications and provides written comments to PDS and the applicant. The board is to be comprised of five (5) members who must reside in Snohomish County, possess experience in neighborhood land use issues and have familiarity with development review processes. Members serve four year terms and may not serve more than three (3) consecutive terms.
