BACKGROUND: The Purchasing Division issued a public works bid on behalf of West Precinct Sheriff and Paine Field, Tenant Improvements. The work includes but is not limited to; demolition of existing space, construction of new tenant improvements to meet owner- occupancy requirements, site clearing and finish work.
