ORAL MOTION
Councilmember Dunn made a motion to hereby authorize and approve the Settlement Agreement in the amount of $125,000 for claimant Robin Murphy-Banks for the motor vehicle collision on February 2, 2022, as negotiated by the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, and to authorize the County Executive to execute the documents necessary to memorialize the agreement, in consultation with the Prosecuting Attorney. Councilmember Peterson seconded the motion and it carried unanimously by the four members present.
