BACKGROUND: Executive Dave Somers recommends the appointment of Jack McChesney to the Snohomish County Law and Justice Council to serve as At-Large Resident Representative #2. Per SCC 2.13.020, membership on the Law and Justice Council includes two at-large Snohomish County residents.
