PURPOSE: Piggyback Award Recommendation for PB-25-0477JM - Rental Cars and Box Trucks
BACKGROUND: The Purchasing Division on behalf of the County has need for the use of rental cars and box trucks. As such, Purchasing requests approval to utilize two NASPO Master Agreements, established as a result of the State of Oregon RFP No. S-10700-00011242, in accordance with the competitive requirements of the Office of Washington State Department of Enterprise Services (DES), and through cooperation with NASPO. A Contract Usage Agreement between Snohomish County and DES authorizing cooperative purchases was approved by the County Council under Motion 24-232 and is currently in effect. The estimated award amount is anticipated to be $150,000.00 over a five (5) year term.
