EXECUTIVE RECOMMENDATION: N/A
PURPOSE: Authorizing the Executive to sign the LLC renewal on behalf of Snohomish County for the North Sound Behavioral Health Administrative Services Organization.
BACKGROUND: Snohomish County is one of five (5) counties that collectively participate on the Board of Directors for the North Sound Behavioral Health - Administrative Services Organization, LLC (NS BH-ASO). The NS BH-ASO is an LLC filed with the Secretary of the State and in order to renew their LLC registration, they require a signature of an authorized member of the board from each member county. This motion requests the council authorizes the executive to sign the LLC renewal on behalf of Snohomish County. The renewal has been filed and this signature will be kept on file and the motion ratifies the actions already taken from the NS BH-ASO to renew their LLC Status.
