ORAL MOTION
Vice-Chair Low made a motion that the Council hereby authorize and approve the expenditure of $320,000 to resolve the civil damage claim of Danna Jo Martinez as negotiated by the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office through mediation on September 14, 2026, and to authorize the County Executive or his designee to execute the documents necessary to memorialize the agreement, in consultation with the Prosecuting Attorney.
