PURPOSE: Council approval to vacate an unopened county road right-of-way (ROW) identified as 90th Ave NW, formerly known as Sponheim Road.
BACKGROUND: On February 15, 2023, the Stillaguamish Tribe of Indians submitted a petition to Snohomish County Department of Public Works proposing to vacate the unopened county road ROW identified as 90th Ave NW. The proposed vacation is in Council District #1. See Engineer’s Report for additional information.
