PURPOSE: To appoint Councilmembers to the Board of Directors for the Pilchuck Development Public Corporation for the purpose of authorizing data sharing agreement with the State Auditor.
BACKGROUND: The Pilchuck Development Public Corporation was established by Council Ordinance in 1983 for the potential construction and maintenance of one or more industrial development facilities. Long inactive, there is now a need to approve a data sharing agreement with the State Auditor’s Office, necessitating the appointment of board members for that purpose.
