PURPOSE: Signature on Direct Deposit form for the HUD grant application.
BACKGROUND: The Direct Deposit form is an application deliverable required by HUD prior to receiving the Grant Agreement for signature. The previous years’ HUD Grant did not need this form signed by Lacey but only by Sharon Walker. HUD has requested that this form for the B-24-CP-WA-2257 Grant be signed also by the authorized project representative. It will need to be signed by Lacey Harper 3 times - below Sharon Walker’s signature on each of the first three pages.
