ORAL MOTION
Council Vice-Chair Nehring made a motion to authorize the Snohomish County Executive or his designee to sign the settlement agreement reached and approved as to form by the Prosecutor’s Office in the amount of $97,262.67 in Damage Claim R20-002153. Councilmember Dunn seconded the motion and it carried unanimously by the four members present.
