PURPOSE: To execute the contract/payment to Gartner, Inc. for ERP Software consulting services.
BACKGROUND: On July 15, 2024 the County entered into an engagement with Gartner, Inc through Computer Financial Consultants, Inc to provide consulting services for multiple software vendor contracts under ECAF #2024-1940. The contract has been negotiated and resulted in savings to the County of $880,532 over the initial 5-year term of the contract. The consulting fee for this engagement is $220,133. The attached project completion schedule and competition waiver form authorizes the County to complete the engagement with Gartner, Inc.
