PURPOSE: Approval of Master Services & Purchasing Agreement
BACKGROUND: The Sheriff’s Office needs a two-way communication device to be used by the for negotiations, de-escalation, search & rescue, etc. Funding is provided through the DEM’s FY2023 SHSP funds. Bid ITB-25-0496JM was awarded to BRINC Drones, Inc. for this device. We are requesting Executive approval on the Master Services and Purchase Agreement as well as the quote.
